Information About Registering

International Gas and Oil Trading / Diavaz Houston appreciates your support in our efforts to digitize and enhance our supplier relationships. Warm Commerce is our primary platform for supplier registration, which is how we will work with our current suppliers and qualify new potential suppliers.

  • All suppliers must create their company profiles and provide the following information:
    • Location 
    • Sales Contact Information - including email and mobile phone
    • Company Description 
    • Products and Services
  • We are actively looking for the following products and services:
    • Carbon Steel Flanges (Steel Grade A234)
    • Trunnion Mounted Ball Valves
    • Seamless Carbon Steel Pipe API 5L
    • CAT Engine Spare Parts
    • ARIEL Gas Compressors Spare Parts

*Please note that after registration is complete and your supplier information has been reviewed and approved, you will receive an email confirming your company profile has been activated.

Why was my company invited?

IGOT / Diavaz Houston has identified your company as a technology, product, or service provider. The goal is to obtain 100% participation of all identified suppliers.

What if we do not register?

In order to be considered to be on the IGOT / Diavaz Houston Approved Vendor List (AVL), you must register your company. Our team will also use this Supplier Portal to search for suppliers, based on qualification and requirements of current and upcoming projects. If you are not registered, your company will not appear on the AVL or supplier searches.

What is the key benefit of registering on the IGOT/Diavaz Houston Supplier Registration Portal?

The IGOT / Diavaz Houston Approved Vendors List (AVL) is created, based on registrations through this Supplier Portal. Your company can also appear in searches for other current or potential customers that are users of the Warm Commerce platform. 

 

 

Can we list our qualifications?

Yes! One of the key benefits of the IGOT / Diavaz Houston Supplier Portal, is that all of your qualifications and certifications can be listed in your profile. For instance, whether your company is woman or veteran-owned or you have safety or security certifications - all can be listed in your profile.

After we complete our profile, what can we expect?

Keep an eye out for Warm Connections from the IGOT/Diavaz Houston team.

Our team will also use the Supplier Portal to create our Approved Vendor List (AVL), based on registered suppliers.
